Headquartered in Singapore, we have an active presence in over 10 countries, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee renewable energy project developments in Philippines, and report to Country / Regional Project Manager Key Responsibilities: · Lead the planning and execution of solar projects from initiation to completion. · Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. · Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure project milestones are met. · Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders. · Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. · Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols. · Foster positive relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers. · Provide leadership and guidance to project team members. · Evaluate project performance and implement improvements as needed. Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. · Proven experience in overseeing renewable energy projects in the region. 5 years or more experience in the solar energy project. · Strong knowledge of legal compliance, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement. · Familiarity with project management software and technical tools. · Excellent organizational and communication skills. · Confident communicator in English and Tagalog. · Willingness to travel frequently across the country. We are now looking for a Business Development Manager in Bangkok, Thailand. This role will be responsible for building the company’s business pipeline with duties include identifying business opportunities, building, and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients, collaborating with executives on business strategy to determine objectives, evaluating current business performance and maximizing business reach and potential. This role will account for achieving set capacity target, revenue target and profitability goals. Job Responsibilities: Knowledge Development: Develop and enhance expertise in sustainability and ESG standards within the commercial space, including tools and methodologies applicable in target geographical markets. Stay informed about regulations, competitive landscapes, value chains, and industry challenges and trends. Sustainability Strategy: Identify and curate actionable sustainability strategies for the Company and its business units.
