Telesales Manager

    Work location: Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annually performance of the telesales team
    • Plan and create business goals to match with the objectives of the firm and the division
    • Implement telesales campaigns for each season and market segment
    • Manage and supervise the team to meet sales target
    • Report sales figures for team members on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis to management team
    • Contact area managers to coordinate the collection of client data for the business' development plan.
    • Help sales leads and supervisors with all team performance enhancement techniques
    • Do research and create the best software to help telesales team by working with IT department
    • Maintaining high-quality telesales calls
    • Enhance sales team's capacity to fulfill the needs of the organization
    • Manage challenges relating to the department's budget (Balancing employee income with profit target)
    • Perform other tasks as directed by the Head of Sales
    • Check frequently and remind staff not to violate corporate policies

    General and Specific Skills

    • Experience in a call center is advantageous
    • At least 5–10 years of experience, minimum 2 years at management level
    • Telesales management experience, ideally in the financial services sector
    • A successful track record in sales 
    • Integrity and teamwork
    • Planning and organizing
    • Decisions making & leadership
