RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with the Department head to formulate the Construction Playbook, driving consistency across the Group.
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and culmination of diverse factory construction endeavors in Vietnam and Cambodia, covering project initiation, allocation, and construction oversight.
- Work closely with local factory teams, external contractors, subcontractors, and relevant professionals to ensure timely and budget-compliant progression through each project phase.
- Conduct detailed analysis to identify and address underlying issues in the design of existing factories.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Architecture.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in Consultancy, Commercial, and Industrial Development.
- Essential skills in conceptualizing facility designs and conducting design feasibility studies.
- Proficient in conducting test fits and executing 3D Interior Design for factories and office spaces.
- Membership in construction professional associations is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated independence, coupled with a strong sense of responsibility and dedication to excellence.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
