- Determine organizational needs, strategy and vision; and improve current procedures or service design where possible.

- Participate in group efforts to solve problems and contribute suggestions to address customer problems.
- Carry out pertinent research, data analysis, and report creation.

- Analyze how to streamline the service delivery of core activities by restructuring operational models, organizational structures, and business processes.
- Support proposal development when required.

Job requirements
- A bachelor in business, finance or technology.
- Have obtained or are currently enrolling iin an MBA program from a prestigious institution.
- A minimum of 12 years of professional experience in the banking (retail, wholesale, or wealth management) or consulting industries.
- Role-led types:
- Digitalization of an established bank
- Front office transformation in banking, including customer journeys, service blueprints, and process redesign;
- Target Operating Model led the transformation to enable critical drivers of change in banking (customer centricity, digitalization, growth, efficiency, regulatory change, sustainability)
- Design and execution of new digital banking propositions across Retail, SME, and Wealth
- Experience with Agile / Scrum methodology or qualifications as a Professional Scrum Master / Product Owner is preferred.
- Possess logical structure, analytical problem-solving, and human-centred design thinking abilities.
- Technical expertise and skills to advise businesses, including expertise and knowledge of implementing Cloud solutions and platforms (e.g. CRM, core banking, payments, contact centre).
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel to present to clients.
- Outstanding people, team-building, and communication skills that exhibit executive presence and a track record of managing senior client stakeholders, such as CXOs.
- The capacity to promote consensus and change in complex situations.
- A dedication to both professional excellence and personal and professional development.
