ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Financial Management
· Monitor and evaluate financial activities, devising appropriate strategies and long-term financial plans.
· Assess the company's operational and business activities from a financial perspective.
· Regularly review and assess the effectiveness of financial implementation of approved collaboration models, and report proposed changes to the CEO if necessary.
· Facilitate capital mobilization (loans, equity capital, investment partnerships), evaluate capital management effectiveness (via assessing capital utilization efficiency indices).
· Organize cost, revenue, and profitability calculations by department/product.
· Maintain liquidity and financial resources.
· Establish cash management policies.
· Provide data and analysis to relevant stakeholders (Company Departments, Projects, Consultants, Partners) as assigned.
· Perform other delegated tasks as required.
· Lead and coordinate with relevant departments to establish benchmarks and limits for use in budgeting, Budget, and Company operations management.
- Budgeting
· Periodically conduct control checks and make adjustments as needed.
· Implement and control budgeting within the management scope.
· Control spending in accordance with approved budgets and authorized spending limits.
- Financial Reporting:
· Direct the execution of financial reporting, periodic management reporting.
· Implement and control budgeting within the management scope.
· Participate in building and implementing software systems and restructuring management systems.
- Business Planning and Control:
· Contribute to the development of Strategy and Business Plans.
· Participate in the Appraisal Council, approve investment decisions, business expansion, and significant transactions of the Company.
· Organize financial model analysis for the Company, ensuring compliance with financial policies.
· Periodically conduct evaluations of the Company's business operations effectiveness.
· Prepare quarterly "Financial Performance" forecasts including revenue forecasts, expected costs based on the approved budget, adjust estimates to align with business plans, departmental activities.
· Compare actual performance with estimated figures, explain significant fluctuations or anomalies if any.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields. Candidates with foreign education background are preferred.
· Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Finance and Accounting roles, including 5-7 years in Financial Director/Chief Accountant positions.
· Experience working with Big 4 and holding senior managerial positions is required.
· Ability to proactively organize, manage work independently, and withstand high pressure.
· Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
· Proficient in office software, with strong reporting skills. Proficiency in SAP software is a plus.
· Strong numerical and analytical skills, critical thinking, and risk management.
· Ability to develop processes and standards.
