Sales Manager

    Objective: To oversee sales and marketing endeavors in Malaysia.

    Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

    Customer Relationship Management:

    - Build strong relationships with decision makers and act as the principal point of contact for clients, business partners, and stakeholders in the country. 
    - Lead negotiations for new long-term service contracts.
    - Create and maintain key accounts in the region.

    Overall Business Development:

    - Identify, prioritize, and connect with existing and potential customers in the region. 
    - Boost business revenue by identifying and securing new revenue streams. 
    - Promote and develop opportunities for all current products and services. 
    - Lead market development by establishing a network of agents and distributors. 
    - Maintain professional standards for client communications and interactions. 
    - Manage budgeting and forecasting. 
    - Contribute to global business growth initiatives as appropriate. 

    Essential Professional Experience/Skills: 

    - Extensive experience in selling industrial products. Knowledge of the stainless-steel market is plus. 
    - Processes for identifying lead opportunities 
    - Prioritizing opportunities that match with the group's objectives. 
    - Proven ability to contribute to strategic sales, work-winning, and marketing activities, as well as overall company strategy (locally and at Group level). 
    - Strong proven record  in developing and sustaining profitable relationships with key decision makers at international and domestic clients and partners. 

    Desirable Professional Experience/Skills: 
    - Experience in heavy industrial sectors, such as steel manufacture, is preferred. 
    - Understanding of working in a multinational organization is advantageous. 
    - Experience working in a service-oriented firm 
    - Proficient in written and verbal English at the business level.

    Qualifications / Professional Accreditation: 

    - A bachelor's degree in engineering and business administration would be advantageous.
