    Our client is a manufacturer of building automation and energy management systems, smart technology, security and access control systems, IoT software and mobile applications. Headquartered in Europe with offices worldwide. This role reports to the Engineering Manager based in Singapore and travelling across the region is required.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the projects locally, and across the region (Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam)

    • Core products: Wiring Devices, Hotel Guest Room Management Systems, Smart Home Automation Systems, Video Door

      Entry Systems, CCTV Systems, Gate Barriers and Access Control Systems) to projects in the Asia Pacific region.

    • identify knowledge gaps and define and implement an effective education and training plan for the customers.

    • Support site implementation and warranty claim requests from customers across the region.

    • Support distributors across APAC with technical training, certifications, products, solutions, and systems architecture

      design, project implementation and after-sales management of technical aspects.

    • Create and develop improvement plans and competitive advantages in terms of technical aspects for internal and

      external stakeholders.

    • Work in close collaboration with cross-matrix functional teams in Singapore and Headquarters, as well as country heads

      in APAC to support the Group’s customers in the Asia Pacific region, with technical trainings, certifications, products,

      solutions and systems architecture design, project implementation and after sales management of technical aspects.

    • This role will report to the Engineering Manager based in Singapore, working with other functional teams within the

      organization.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronic or related disciplines) or Diploma in Engineering with work experience welcomed.

    • Theoretical knowledge and practical experience with hotel, home or building automation systems is advantageous.

    • Enjoys problem solving and sees challenges as opportunities for learning and thriving.

    • Training will be provided.

    • Enthusiastic and proactive individual who can contribute to the team in realizing iconic, large-scale projects.

    • Good planning and organization skills

    • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.

    • Travelling as per business requirements
