Job Summary:
- Scope: manage quality system of CM factories
- Report to: Chairman, based in Korea
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for internal factories’ audit activities.
- Make sure factories’ quality system are align with buyers’ requirements.
- Deploy company’s direction on quality to factory.
- Work with factories’ heads on quality improvement, CAP…
- Over 10 years of experience on garment’s quality management for both buyers and factories
- Head of quality experience
Requirement and Experience:
- Strong communication, leadership, customer service mindset.
- Factory handle skill set.
- Experienced in handling buyers’ audit.
- Good at English and Vietnamese is a must.
- Local Vietnamese only
