Our client, a globally active technology group specializing in automation solutions, is seeking talents to become a Project Manager working in Singapore.
About the Project Management role:
The Project Manager will be responsible for expediting, project management. The Project Manager will be expected to oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to clients' satisfaction. The Project Manager will work closely with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage realization of standard product R&D projects (fully functional and commercial responsibility).
- Collab and ensure clear and effective communication with various departments (R&D, SCM, PM, Production, etc)
- Fulfill marketing functional specifications, and stay within assigned cost budgets and milestones.
- Lead diverse internal and external cross-functional project teams.
- Manage and coordinate all project stakeholders.
- Continuous cost, quality, schedule, scope, technical performance, customer satisfaction, and risk-controlling
- Lead and facilitate sprint reviews and/or stand-up meetings to coordinate across the organization and ensure progress in accordance with plans.
- To adhere to the Code of Conduct.
Key requirements:
- Bachelor or higher education in mechanical, software, electrical or electronic engineering or related studies.
- At least 5 years in the same position.
- Proven track record in using project management methods.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Good at presentation and communication.
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Very good command of English and Chinese, other language is a plus point.
