Product Manager

    Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

    • Establish the product's strategic direction with regard to profit, market share, growth, and desired market positioning through the development of brand plans, analysis of market research findings, budget preparation, evaluation of inventory requirements, design of promotional campaigns, and integration of management inputs.
    • Strategy planning, factor evaluation, alignment, and integration for effective product branding; pricing optimization in consideration of market price dynamics; facilitation of product packaging adaptation to local contexts; and product life cycle management with initiatives for new indications, extensions, modifications, and other life cycle strategies
    • Ensure the development and implementation of product marketing strategies and tactical programs with the objective of enhancing market performance.
    • Assist in the execution of market intelligence strategies; collect, verify, and assess information pertaining to the competitive market; establish criteria and oversee the implementation of market research.
    • Ensure that concepts for new products and services are effectively developed and evaluated.
    • Execute strategic planning, coordination, oversight, and management of events pertaining to pre-launch, launch, routine project management functions, and exceptional undertakings; ensure the availability of essential resources by attending to logistical and administrative concerns.
    • Establish communication, advertising, and promotion schedules
    • Assemble promotional materials, product knowledge, and obstacle management training for medical representatives as required.
    • In order to facilitate the development of scientific agendas for meetings and CME activities, it is imperative to establish a network of Key Opinion Leaders who will actively contribute customer input for the purpose of planning.
    • Irrespective of market comprehension, establish communication with key prescribers and hospitals.
    • Participate in networking opportunities, conventions, and meetings (e.g., medical societies), establish connections, and form affiliations; perform an appropriate representation of the organization.
    • Determine central and hospital formulary listing in collaboration with the FF, regulatory, and medical teams.

    Education, Experience & Competencies

    • University graduate in Pharmacy /Medicine or Economics
    • 2 - 3-year experiences as a Product Manager is preferred.
    • Marketing or management qualification preferred but not essential
    • Strong analytic abilities are required. Capable of developing appropriate marketing strategies to address market conditions and analyzing data. Responsible for monitoring and tracking the brand's performance. Responsible for collaborating closely with FF management to guarantee the proper execution of strategies. FF and market access teams must collaborate closely to guarantee reimbursement and hospital accessibility.

    Professional Competencies Required

    • Comprehensive understanding of medical conditions, products, and the healthcare system.
    • Good knowledge of the processes and principles of sales and marketing, as well as commercial acumen.
    • Excellent problem-solving, analytic, and decision-making/planning/project management capabilities.
    • Proficient in relationship building, sales, negotiation, and communication.
    • Proficiency in computer software (MS Office).
    • Effective English language skills.
    • Communication skill
