Partnership Manager

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Market Intelligence & Strategy:

    · Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of cross-border market trends for Vietnam SMEs, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes to identify potential partnership opportunities.

    · Develop and execute customized partnership plans aligned with our client's business objectives, reinforcing our competitive position, and contributing to annual sales targets.

    2. Partner Acquisition:

    · Identify, approach, negotiate, and finalize contracts with strategic partners, including e-commerce platforms, POD Fulfillment, Ads, logistics providers, and other relevant players in the fintech ecosystem, specifically catering to SMEs.

    · Ensure partnership agreements result in tangible user conversion outcomes.

    3. Performance Tracking & Optimization:

    · Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor partnership performance, identifying areas for improvement, expansion, or adjustment.

    · Utilize data insights to optimize existing partnerships, drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and proactively address any emerging issues.

    4. Innovation Advocacy:

    · Collaborate closely with product development and innovation teams, incorporating feedback from partners to adapt our client’s offerings based on evolving SME needs and industry developments.

    · Serve as a liaison between external partners and internal stakeholders to facilitate continuous product evolution

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    · 3 to 5 years of combined experience in SME banking, ecosystem partnerships, business development, and marketing.

    · Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of cultivating executive-level relationships and representing the company at the highest level.

    · Ability to perform under pressure and within tight timelines, coupled with an entrepreneurial spirit, strong enthusiasm, and interest in digital financial product/service innovation.

    · Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

    · A strategic mindset complemented by a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving aligns with our commitment to innovation and customer-centric solutions
