Responsibilities:
- Lead system integration (SI) projects, functioning as a Project Manager (PM) overseeing developers, to build and manage application systems.
- Fulfill the role of ITO PM for operating Amorepacific's Global E-commerce Malls (like Innisfree in Malaysia, Laneige, and Amorepacific in Hong Kong and Taiwan).
- Manage the Global Site Renewal Project for Amorepacific, overseeing domestic operations and developers from the Vietnamese GDC.
- Assess customer needs for each task, design and develop systems accordingly, and ensure thorough testing and resolution of any issues in the features developed, while producing required deliverables.
Requirements:
*Professional Background:
- Over 5 years of experience in managing IT development and operational projects.
- Established track record in creating and overseeing systems using Magento, Java, and Spring Framework.
- Proven expertise in building and maintaining e-commerce websites and CRM systems.
- Global experience in project management.
- Proficient in managing customer relations and team dynamics.
*Skills / Knowledge:
- Fluent in business English and Korean, enabling direct communication with clients.
- Skilled in Java, JavaScript, HTML5, and various open-source technologies.
- Proficient in managing databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and other open-source options.
- Extensive experience with designing and implementing Open APIs.
- Deep understanding and practical experience with e-commerce platforms such as Magento, Shopify, etc.
- Proactive approach with a track record of achieving results.
- Excellent customer management skills, including handling feedback, analyzing tasks, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Strong team management abilities, including conflict resolution and performance assessment.
- Effective problem-solving skills, capable of addressing challenges promptly.
- Demonstrated proficiency in maintaining project quality to meet client expectations.
