Industry Sales Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Industry Insight: Gain understanding of customers and competitors in the industry, analyze gaps, root causes, and identify opportunities and leads within the industry.
    • Industry Development: Drive the development of products and solutions, provide guidance for sales in the industry, and ensure the attainment of overall sales targets.
    • Knowledge Acquisition and Empowerment: Lead the collection of industry best practices across different regions, create benchmark cases for global empowerment, build a repository, and enhance the sales capability of overseas regions.
    • Iterative Optimization: Take the lead in incorporating international market demand back into domestic R&D/product departments, collaborate with authorities for continuous optimization, and establish a closed loop to improve the overall competitiveness of future-oriented solutions.

    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for a science and technology major.
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar position.
    • Strong relationships and resources in heavy industries such as cement, steel, and mining sectors.
    • Knowledge of the industrial automation industry, understanding the basic functions of servos, inverters, and PLCs, as well as the application scenarios of related solutions.
    • Technical sales experience in reputable companies within the industrial automation field is preferred.
    • Demonstrated self-drive, ability to work independently, and high motivation.
    • Proficiency in English or Chinese.
