RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research, Develop, and Implement Changes to Financial and Banking Products and Services on Digital Channels
- Utilize Partner Connections to Acquire New Customers and Cross-Sell Products and Services
- Implement Business Programs, Partnering with Others to Enhance Business Efficiency through Partner Channels
- Research and Develop Digital Banking Products, as well as Establish Connections with Partners
- Manage, Monitor, and Resolve Issues Related to the Quality of Digital Product and Service
- Research, Propose, and Implement Marketing Campaigns to Attract Customers and Improve Business Efficiency
- Manage, Plan, and Successfully Implement Key Projects and Strategies Assigned by Leadership
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Educational Qualifications:
- Graduated in Business Management / Banking and Finance / Economics.
- Master's degree is preferred, along with international experience, or experience in international financial companies.
2. Relevant Knowledge/Expertise:
- Experience in digital banking, in the financial sector, banking, and relevant experience in digital technology products.
- A deep understanding of the Vietnam market
- Project management experience; coordination skills, team management, especially teams/groups with diverse backgrounds.
