Job Description
· Communicate with customers to provide suitable test architecture planning for production
· Communicate with external teams to keep track of issues & progress
· Managing schedule & supporting cross-functional engineering effort
· Assist DFT structure implementation & review team member’s work
· Working with test engineers to bring up test vectors on test-house/silicon.
Job Requirement
· Graduated in EE or related Engineering
· From 8 years working experiences
· Proficient in programming skill and UNIX shell
· Compression / Share code / Ultra flow implementation
· Familiar with Verilog / RTL / STA / Simulation verification flow
· MBIST / SCAN pattern build up in ATE
