    This team is one of our Client’s newer Business Units formed to serve global enterprise customers with our leading technology solutions. As part of the team, you help enterprise customers build what's next for their business. Leveraging our Client’s cutting-edge intelligent technologies, the Business Unit is devoted to developing innovative products and solutions to shape the future.

    Responsibilities

    · Lead Indonesia field organization to meet this Business Unit’s regional targets and expand its business across APAC.

    · Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base (driving new logo adoption) in Indonesia

    · Work with this Business Unit’s global team in developing, defining, and executing the marketing and sales strategy in Japan and Korea.

    · Build and manage a team composed of Sellers (SDR, AE, Solution Specialist)

    · Accurate reporting on sales and business activities and forecasting to the senior management team.

    · Own the end-to-end sales process and customer journey

    · Actively lead and monitor demand-generation activities

    · Lead initiatives to drive customer awareness and engagement

    · Develop and execute successful sales campaigns and coach the team for best-in-class sales pursuits.

    · Ensure smooth customer onboarding. Drive customer's full adoption and usage of our solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Requirements

    · At least 10+ years of sales and channel experience and 5 years in cloud computing or video cloud

    · Experience with managing a team

    · Have rich resources and relationships with local customers and partners, and have a deep understanding of local industrial structure and industry trends

    · Be good at developing early markets and entering new markets

    · Strong communication skills and radical execution

    · Proficient in English communication and local language as this role will be working with clients from Indonesia
