Main Responsibilities:
- Managing the Health Insurance Claim Settlement activities at the company.
- Developing the Health Insurance Claim Settlement process based on the application of the latest technology.
- Building and managing/training a team for Health Insurance Claim Settlement operations.
- Providing expertise to improve the technology platform.
- Coordinating with other functional departments to implement development strategies for the Distribution and Claim segments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Law, Finance, Economics, Analysis, or related fields.
- Certification in appraisal and compensation training.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing appraisal and compensation operations at an equivalent position.
- Proficient in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to review, analyze, and process detailed and accurate information.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in handling complex cases.
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, and able to work under high pressure.
