Campaign and Community Lead

    Job Description:

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Enhance user understanding of e-commerce within an entertainment platform
    • Develop the annual campaign schedule for the marketplace, a specific category, or a designated product portfolio. Implement the plan by coordinating cross-functional teams and conduct post-campaign analysis.
    • Oversee social media handles in collaboration with the marketing team. Work closely with marketing, operations, and growth teams to establish e-commerce brand awareness.

    Qualifications:

    • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
    • Over 5 years of experience in planning and executing e-commerce campaigns for prominent local e-commerce platforms
    • More than 2 years of experience in team management
    • Proficiency in evaluating campaign performance through key data metrics, with strong analytical and data-oriented skills
    • Fluent in English and Thai languages.
