POSITION SUMMARY
All MBA graduates who have graduated between 2018 and 2021 and are keen to develop their careers in the Agri Supply Chain Industry are welcomed to apply to the Trainee Program.
The chosen applicants will go through a rigorous 12-month training program on company operations in order to gain an understanding of the agri supply chain industry sector. This will involve orienting the candidate to support roles as well as items including coffee, spices, edible nuts, and rice. Following a six-month training period, the candidate will work on real projects for an additional six months.
After the 12 months of training, the trainee will be promoted to the positions of business manager and finance manager within the company.
The trainees will be partnered with mentors for the course of the year who will serve as their instructors and mentors. Additionally, formal reviews will be done to offer feedback on areas for improvement.

REQUIREMENTS
- For all candidates in the business sector, a two-year full-time MBA degree is mandatory.
- Vietnamese native speaker with good written and verbal English skills
- Willing to relocate
