SVC Sales Manager

Basic Function
- Under the supervision of Managing Director, the incumbent is responsible for:
- Develop strategies and action plans for Service Sales.
- Effectively supervise all service employees to achieve the business objectives
- Ensure that all subordinates flawless apply policies and procedure
- Responsible for entire projects with its sales analysis and how service performance 
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develops business plan for annual sales target and assigns to each team member to achieve Business plan
- Leads the team to establish their monthly plan for achieving goals, collection.
- Directs and supervises team members for corrective activities on customer’s demands and company policies 
- Reviews estimations, negotiations and contract documents to decide each projects selling prices, have compliance with company policy
- Works closely with managers in others departments on updating policies and procedures for customer services as well as to solve internal conflicts
- Monitors customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts.
- Keeps update for business strategy.
- Visits sites and meets customers with recommendations on a regular basis and to share with colleagues or report to country MD
Qualifications
- University graduate in business, Engineering (electrical or mechanical) or equivalent 
- Over 7 years marketing and sales experience in elevator business
- Knowledge of elevator operation and contract management 
- Good interpersonal ability required
- Understanding of personnel and Policies
