Due to our expanding business, we are now recruiting many more talents from Recruitment Consultant to Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Industrial & IT team.
The job of a (Senior ) Recruitment Consultant is to find the mutual suitability of Candidates (individuals) and Clients (organizations) during the shortest possible timeline, hence ensuring the Candidate’s career goals and the Client’s resourcing needs are rightly met.
· Identifying and developing clients in Team’s sectors.
· Work with existing clients and support clients to fill their vacancies.
· Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client
· Managing the process through interview to offer stage and beyond
· Offering CV, interview and general career advice
· Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
· Ensures timely reporting and analysis to the Manager that reflects recruitment, staffing performance and alignment with strategic goals of the company.
The right candidate should have:
· Bachelor’s Degree in any majors.
· At least 2 years’ working experiences in External Recruitment (ESS) or Sales position
· A resilient individual who is sales-driven, ready to go beyond and strive for challenges
· Willingness to learn, teamwork mindset and initiative taker
· Strong desire for success
· Good communication skill in Vietnamese and English languages.
