Manage on time & accurately all the development activates of the department.
- Lead the Performance Development team of six category Managers (Motorsport, Golf, Running, Kids, Team sport and SMU)
- Lead the category managers in handing the local employees under their department in their daily job of creating spec’s, checking samples, shipping samples and policing deadlines;
- Overall all in charge of developing the products if each category under performance group within the given seasonal calendar;
- Overall all in charge of developing the products if each category under performance group within the set industrial quality standard, competitive price and production
- Communicate with Brand development on issues regarding development options;
- Manage factory relationships to ensure the proper styles are in the best factories;
- Costing-ensure styles are developed to cost targets;
- Handle all special projects that come along.
- Bachelor Degree
- Excellent technical, QA, development and commercialization background in shoe making earned in A or B brand for 10 years or longer;
- International leadership experience, working in Asia or equivalent experience;
- Familiar especially with technical and innovative developments in the performance arena;
- Ability to connect and to efficiently communicate with overseas development teams;
- Excellent problem solving skills and resistance against set-backs, clear vision and positive attitude.
