Sales Manager (Marine equipment)

Working location: HCM
Salary : negotiation

- Work strategically with KAM, execution of KAM and management of the KAM
- Analyze each account and define a sales strategy including relationship management (whom to build, which relationship with, and why), in order to be able to work efficiently
- Develop a 2-4 year KAM-plan by segmenting the customers and prioritize
- Open the door to a customer early in the buying process and high up in the organization or to a customer who is negative or reluctant to do business with the Company
- Understand the customer’s processes and able to match, explain and motivate the customer to choose our products and applications
- Identify and qualify leads in order to ensure that we only invest sales time and resources on leads that are attractive opportunities (ensure the pipeline)
- Drive the sales meetings in a strongly motivating process in order to make the customer want to buy and pay a premium for the extra values the Company will provide
- Develop highly profitable quotes resulting in a high hit-rate
- Ensure good customer communication in the delivery process
- Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 5  years of experience in marketing and sales of service / capital equipment selling related to engineering products
- Knowledge of the product range related to separators, decanters, heat exchangers
- Strategic thinking, familiar with building and presenting market strategies, Energetic, take new initiatives to develop business, team work and leadership to develop the team
- Analytical skill

- Customer focus
