Staff Responsibility: 2-3 persons

General Description         
The Opportunity Management is part of Vietnam Sales team. The group forms part of the Central Pricing Desk. It represents the inbound / outbound control function for  all RFQs and inquiries and closely cooperates with Product Management Air, Ocean, Transport and Customs.
- Receiving all incoming inquiries from “Customers”.
- Analyzing the inquiries based on agreed Classification with the respective Products for proper pricing approach applied
- Coordinating with the requesters and the respective Product pricing teams and provide best possible solutions for each and every inquiry within the agreed given timeline
- Preparing ready – to – send quotations using the agreed format
- Following up on the On-time performance of Product responding leadtime
- Following up on the Hit rate performance of quotation offered

Specific Accountabilities        
- Ensuring that agreed Classification of Pricing approach is applied
- Following up with Pricing Products for available and maintained tariff rates and pricing tools
- Close and strong connection with Sales team for best understanding and most effective solution offered especially on potential RFQs
- Following up on the effectiveness of tariff rates and pricing tools for further improvement with Product Pricing
- Inquiry handling for optional accounts and opportunities
- Taking lead for Tender alignment between Sales and Products
- Problem solving
- Responsible for On-time performance and Hit rate performance Report
- Establish and update of Vietnam Tender calendar
- Optional reports required from Management
System adoption
- Apply and utilize RTS- Rate Ticketing System
- Focal for E-quote implementation in Vietnam

- Excellent Customer Service Skills (reactivity, courtesy and efficiency) required
- Professional expertise in Pricing management with sufficient Product knowledge.
- Strong analytical, quantitative and statistical skills
- Resourceful and creative team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Strong change management skills
- Advanced MS Office Skills- Excel, PPT and Word
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese (verbal and written) with advanced communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a high volume and pressure environment

Experience and Qualifications  
- Advanced education in Logistics / Freight Forwarding preferred
- Minimum 5 years in the freight forwarding industry
- Minimum 3 years sales / pricing related experience
- Ideally experienced in Operations and Sales
- Meticulous, thorough and structured working approach, work well under pressure
