- Be in charge of 1 factory HR management & operation, take lead in terms of HR recruitment, staffing, training and performance evaluation.
- Direct report to factory GM, dot line report to HQ HR head. Lead a team with 20+ staff, total employee around 8000.
- Management employee staffing and pay slip, ensure the accuracy and every step on time.
- Support training program for each department and maintain good employee relationship.
- HR System management and analysis, i.e. employee leave rate.
- Support the labor issues employee related issues.
- Vietnamese, and good command in English & Mandarin language.
- 10 years HR working experiences, and over 5 years in management role.
- Over 2 years’ manufacturing industry experiences and served 1000 employee company.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Can work under pressure and strong problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, responsive and aggressive.
