Shoe factory and their client includes North Face, Columbia, and Clarks…etc.
- Be in charge of 1 factory HR management & operation, take lead in terms of HR recruitment, staffing, training and performance evaluation.
- Direct report to factory GM, dot line report to HQ HR head. HR Team: 12 persons (half of them are junior and service length less than 6 months)
- Management employee staffing and pay slip, ensure the accuracy and every step on time.
- Support training program for each department and maintain good employee relationship.
- HR System management and analysis, i.e. employee leave rate.
- Support the labor issues employee related issues.
- Can speak Mandarin (Must)
- 10 years HR working experiences, and over 5 years in management role.
- Over 2 years’ manufacturing industry experiences and served 1000 employee company.
- Smart, agile, and can do planning and implementation.
