- Educational Requirement: Bachelors Degree
- Years of Experience: 3 - 5 years - Professional Level
- Good communication skills in English.
- Prior marketing experience is an advantage.
- Experience in textile and/ or jewellery business is an advantage or strong interest & knowledge in fashion.

- Capability to adjust to various circles (factories, buying offices, wholesalers & high profile people). Able to communicate with various levels of decision makers and influencers.
- Develop the gemstone business (GB) market in Vietnam to reach business objectives and implement the GB strategy in the market
- Training and Support of our local wholesaler
- Assist in building & strengthening the Gemstones Brand in Vietnam
**Sales & Account Management:
- Identify & evaluate potential business areas (market segments, customer groups, geographic coverage). Conduct market analysis.
- Maintaining close contact with key decision makers & influencers to ensure the development & maintenance of excellent relationships of Signity & accounts.
- Monitor inquiries from existing and potential customers to wholesaler
- Monitor competitor activities in each market segment and each account, ensure that an appropriate response is formulated & implemented.
- Support our wholesaler in order to expand the territorial coverage and customer base
- Determine, implement & refine local distribution strategies in coordination with our wholesaler
- Monitor & ensure achievement of monthly/ yearly business results of our wholesaler
