Summary:
- Develop and conduct centralized orientation programs in accordance with company objective and System
- Implement core mandatory programs to restaurant level
- Implement conceptual training program for the company
- Developing Management Skill of Restaurant Management Level
- Develop and coach Restaurant Manager /Area Manager to take up additional responsibilities for Bench Planning
- Conduct periodic training audits at restaurants and make recommendations on areas for improvement
- Liaise with internal and external parties for new and effective training materials
- Regular review and update training program to meet the standards and objectives
- Ensure Champs training certification in place
- Ensure all restaurants have an updated Champs/ BSC board in place
- Execute specific plans to drive standards
- Coordinate training team and restaurant in Customer Mania mindset/ plus training
- Support Restaurant Manager /Area Manager in leading restaurant training
- Analyze customer feedback and complaint to come up with training actions to improve customer satisfaction.
*Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor Degree with major in Hospitality or Business Administration.
- Experience: A dynamic and talent person with minimum 3 years in Training department.
- Possess good training skill and knowledgeable in restaurant/ retails industry
- Good command in both English and Vietnamese and Microsoft Office
- Age: 30 to 45
- Mature, tactful, innovative and progressive
- Pleasant and outgoing personality
- Strong management and interpersonal skill
