• Develop and conduct centralized orientation programs in accordance with company objective and System
• Implement core mandatory programs to restaurant level
• Implement conceptual training program for the company
• Developing Management Skill of Restaurant Management Level
• Develop and coach Restaurant Manager /Area Manager to take up additional responsibilities for Bench Planning
• Conduct periodic training audits at restaurants and make recommendations on areas for improvement
• Liaise with internal and external parties for new and effective training materials
• Regular review and update training program to meet the standards and objectives
• Ensure Champs training certification in place
• Ensure all restaurants have an updated Champs/ BSC board in place
• Execute specific plans to drive standards
• Coordinate training team and restaurant in Customer Mania mindset/ plus training
• Support Restaurant Manager /Area Manager in leading restaurant training
• Analyze customer feedback and complaint to come up with training actions to improve customer satisfaction.

*Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor Degree with major in Hospitality or Business Administration.
• Experience: A dynamic and talent person with minimum 3 years in Training department.
• Possess good training skill and knowledgeable in restaurant/ retails industry
• Good command in both English and Vietnamese and Microsoft Office
• Age: 30 to 45
• Mature, tactful, innovative and progressive
• Pleasant and outgoing personality
• Strong management and interpersonal skill
