*Knowledge / Technical / Experience:

  • University graduate with solid academic results preferably in Economics, Business management and/or Statistics.
  • A minimum 5 years experience in a leading FMCG company with at least 3 years experience in
  • research project design and management,
  • conducting training on effective use of research information
  • research agency management.
  • leveraging various information sources to create consolidated view of an issue and derive actionable recommendations.
  • Executive experience in other marketing area, e.g. brand or trade is required.
  • Demonstrate cross functional knowledge of product development and other business operations.
  • The jobholder must be able to demonstrate the leadership ability to motivate, inspire and lead an empowered group of executive (with at least 2 years of experience of doing so)
  • High level of attention to details, thorough analytical skills, objectivity, creativity and good negotiation capacity.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills, ability to influence the top management team.
  • Understanding of the greater context of business strategies and external environment (i.e. the big picture), thinking /operating strategically for making key business decisions.
  • The job holder will be able to extensively engage with and influence both global and regional key stakeholders, strategic/international research agency partners and various marketing stakeholders.
  • Influence level of English writing and speaking ability (Advance Level)

  • To provide actionable and meaningful insights into market, trade and brand segmentations, pricing, product and brand/trade strategies development.

  • On time in full in research project management and analysis.
