Summary:

*Objective:

• To manage Credit Administration Operations for TCB Southern Region

*Key accountabilities:

• Ensure all Credit Administration transactions within Southern Region are processed within the agreed service level
• Ensure that all necessary controls are performed by Credit Administration staff with regards to their scope of responsibility.
• Ensure that all Credit Administration processes are optimised and complied with.
• Ensure Credit Administration Southern Region is enabled to support business (capacity planning, budget, unit cost, productivity data and production of monthly pack…)

*Reporting lines:

• Head of CCA (Ha Noi)
• Experiences and competencies
• University degree – Master degree is preferable
• Minimum 5 years experience in banking or finance (accounting & auditing)

*Key Performance Indexs:

• Consistently meet Service level Targets for Credit Administration
• Responsible for all HR and Finance issues related to Credit Administration Southern Region (headcount management, budget management…)
• Responsible for the overall compliance of Credit Administration Southern Region with the bank standards.
• Responsible to be aware of the Operational Risks within Credit Administration Southern Region and introduce procedures to mitigate them and metrics to measure them.
• Responsible for training and development of staff within Credit Administration Southern Region to ensure the efficient and controlled functioning of the area.
