The job holder is responsible for devising the company direction and making strategic decisions for the company's success. The job holder will develop the future growth plan and evaluate the company's business results.
Job Responsibilities
- Establish long-term, medium-term and short-term strategies and goals for the company
- Plan annual activities and future growth plans according to the BOD’s direction
- Manage all operations and business activities to ensure the achievement of the desired objectives and in line with the overall strategy and mission of the Company and the Group;
- Make quality investment decisions to drive business operations and profitable growth
- Build strong relationships with key partners and be a POC for key shareholders
- Lead and motivate the teams to ensure activities comply with regulations and standards
- Review and transform processes to improve operational efficiency and service quality
- Build and develope a professional business image toward customers/partners
- Build and manage the human resources for short-term/medium-term/long-term business plans
Expectations
- Bachelor degree holder with minimum 05 years in similar positions.
- Exposure in the IT / Telecommunications / Retail industry (with IT applied)
- Experience in financial management, P&L, effective evaluation of BD projects;
- Understanding loyalty, ecosystems, cross-selling;
- Effective and professional operating, administration and communication skills;
- Assertive, enterprising;
- Passionate, responsible and reliable
